Among them, “耳鸣” is Tinnitus, while “脑鸣” is often referred to as Cranial Tinnitus or Brain Tinnitus, referring to the sensation of ringing that originates from the central nervous system rather than the inner ear.

Hello everyone, my fellow patients! I am someone who is very sensitive to sound, light, and taste. I am also a brand builder, so peace, quiet, and the ability to think clearly are extremely important to me. I have experienced Tinnitus and Cranial Tinnitus (Brain Tinnitus) before, and it was so unbearable that I felt life was not worth living.

I am also a person who pays great attention to detail, logic, rigor, and professionalism. In order to treat my own physical conditions, my husband and I traveled extensively across the country, seeking out the top doctors and various treatment methods. Having suffered from various health issues over the past few decades, I have become familiar with many leading Western medical doctors.

At the same time, I have continuously studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, regenerative medicine, and the latest medical technologies. I have even become close friends with many top-tier professors and doctors.

I have come to deeply understand that awareness and belief are the most important solutions. (We even went as far as to connect with more top medical experts, scientists, and professors in order to gain a deeper understanding of medical knowledge.)

In November 2025, together with Dr. Adrian Cheng, we invested substantial human and material resources to successfully host the ‘We Are The World’ International Medical Summit in Thailand. Our partners included China Daily, the Chinese Medicine Culture Congress, the School of Chinese Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, deans and professors from Peking University and Tsinghua University, as well as Dr. Michael Yao (cell therapy), who received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the U.S. FDA. We were also joined by Professor Weide Zhong, son of China’s national treasure Professor Nanshan Zhong, and Professor David Sinclair from the United States.

Currently, dozens of top medical doctors and medical scientists from various fields around the world are members of our team.

My Journey: Trying All Available Treatments

In 2023, over the course of nearly a year, I personally experienced and tried almost all available treatments, including:

  • Top-tier Western medical doctors and top ENT specialists in Hong Kong and Thailand (various experts from Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital and Bumrungrad International Hospital), neurologists, hearing test centers…
  • Multiple top bone setters from China and Hong Kong, as well as top Thai bone setters (realignment specialists)
  • Multiple top acupuncturists from China and Hong Kong
  • Multiple top Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners from China and Hong Kong (herbal medicine)
Doctor Performing Leg Bloodletting Therapy
  • Bloodletting (blood stasis removal)
  • Internationally renowned cell scientists
  • Top-tier immunotherapy (NK cells) and umbilical cord blood stem cells
  • Various experienced Tui Na practitioners and massage therapists
  • Multiple physical therapists from different parts of the world using equipment such as shockwave therapy and muscle relaxation techniques (PMS, RF, and ultrasound)
Uses of Hypnotherapy List
  • Top hypnotherapists and sleep specialists from France
  • Even Qigong and paranormal experts😅😅😅

By combining the results of all these treatments and engaging in discussions with various professional top doctors, I have arrived at the following true conclusions.

I. The Nature of Tinnitus: Blood Vessels & Nerves

Tinnitus and Cranial Tinnitus (Brain Tinnitus) are not diseases in themselves, but rather symptoms indicating that something is wrong somewhere in the body—they are the body’s alarm bells.

Simply put: Tinnitus is caused by insufficient blood supply to the brain, while Cranial Tinnitus (Brain Tinnitus) is the sound produced when blood cannot flow down properly due to blood vessel blockages.

The sound you hear is actually the nervous system reflecting the sound of blood flowing through your blood vessels. In 99% of cases, the main issue behind tinnitus and cranial tinnitus comes from vascular problems, which cause the nervous system to become tense and produce sound as a warning.

When blood vessel issues disrupt blood flow, they primarily originate from six major sources. Among these, cervical tinnitus is often accompanied by insufficient blood supply to the brain, leading to eye fatigue and dizziness.

Stress Depression Mental Health Word Cloud
  • 1. Cervical Traumatic Tinnitus: Cervical spine injury or misalignment → muscle contraction and tightening → blood vessel blockage or poor circulation → nervous system becomes tense and produces a warning sound.
  • 2. Excessive stress: temporary: Stress affects the nervous system → muscle tightening → poor blood circulation → a vicious cycle.
  • 3. Poor circulation between upper and lower body: In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is described as “blockage of the San Jiao” (Triple Burner). Poor sleep, excessive mental stress — need to raise Yang and supplement Qi and blood.

  • 4. Autonomic nervous system disorder: Mental tension → muscle tightening → poor blood circulation → affects the nervous system.
  • 5. Cervical degeneration: Structural problem → muscle tightening → poor blood circulation.
  • 6. Inner ear problems: accounting for less than 3% of tinnitus cases.
Human Stem Cells Potential Applications

In 2018, the United States conducted stem cell experiments on mice. An increasing number of clinical cases have confirmed that placental stem cells can improve or even completely resolve tinnitus and hearing loss.

II & III. Cervical Trauma & The Breakdown of Mind

Why Is Cervical Traumatic Tinnitus the Most Complex?
Almost all patients will first see a Western medical doctor, but 99.9% of Western doctors (including ENT specialists and neurologists) will, within the first 14 days, suggest steroids—suitable for sudden nerve-induced tinnitus—and refer you to a neurologist.

If your tinnitus has lasted more than a month, they will tell you “there is no cure” and quickly refer you to a neurologist, advising you to accept reality and take “dumbing pills” (sleeping pills, antidepressants).

Why? Because the treatments that can actually address the root cause of tinnitus—bone setting, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, regenerative medicine (stem cell injections), physical therapy techniques and equipment—are simply not within the professional scope of Western medicine or ENT specialists. They don’t understand it, nor are they willing to explore it. Moreover, these treatments are not covered by insurance and don’t generate substantial profits.

The Most Critical Link: The Breakdown of the Mind and Nervous System
Throughout the entire process of treating the underlying causes of tinnitus, patients—distorted from the very beginning by different Western doctors and friends—can easily experience anxiety, depression, frustration, loss of control, and fear. This leads to dysregulation and imbalance in the autonomic nervous system, the sympathetic nervous system, and the parasympathetic nervous system.

Key takeaway from personal experience: Because when you are told by Western doctors that “there is no cure,” and then you go online and read all kinds of terrifying comments—you will be scared to death (whatever you do, do not join tinnitus or brain tinnitus groups).

Hearing high and low sounds all day long severely affects sleep and quality of life, accompanied by sound sensitivity, blurred vision, and dizziness—in this state, your autonomic nervous system is already out of balance. And this imbalance makes muscles tighter, blood vessels more blocked, and tinnitus louder, creating a vicious cycle. Therefore, to completely cure tinnitus, you must first break this cycle.

IV. My Personal Solution: Step by Step

Step One: Find a truly professional bone setter to realign the misaligned cervical spine.

At the same time, combine this with professional TCM acupuncture and physical therapists to relax the muscles. Supplement this with appropriate Chinese herbal medicine. Only then can blood vessels and blood flow return to normal, allowing the nervous system to gradually relax.

Step Two: Exercise and stretch every morning and evening. Practice Qigong to promote the circulation of Qi and blood. Get a full-body massage at least once a week to relax the body, and undergo physical therapy with machines to relax the neck and shoulder muscles twice a week.

Step Three: Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine (requires long-term, slow regulation)

  • Tinnitus: Blockage of the middle burner → clear Yang fails to rise, turbid Yin fails to descend.
  • Cranial Tinnitus (Brain Tinnitus): Persistent sound inside the head, accompanied by dullness and heaviness → Dampness and phlegm invading the upper body + Qi and blood failing to nourish the brain.
  • Core Pathogenesis: Middle burner stagnation → internal obstruction by dampness and phlegm → spleen deficiency with blood weakness → liver depression and Qi stagnation.

IV. Immediate Results, Gut Health & Psychology

Step 4: Achieving rapid, immediate results. If your financial situation permits, stem cell injections should be considered.

Personally, I underwent two umbilical cord blood NK cell injections and four umbilical cord blood stem cell injections. The results were very noticeable: visible improvements in the immune system, vascular function, organ repair, and deep sleep.

Stem Cell Therapy Healing Benefits Natural Killer Cells Immune System

Why was cell therapy the fastest and most effective option? Most importantly, it addresses the root cause. In my case, years of habitual cervical spine misalignment had affected both my vascular and nervous systems, with up to 40% vascular blockage detected.

Step 5: Do not overlook gut health.

The gut is the body’s second brain, governing 70% of the immune system, regulating emotions, and even influencing the nervous system. Through a detailed gut analysis report, I gained an even deeper understanding of how vascular health is closely connected to gut status.

Step 6: Address psychological and nervous system dysregulation.

Stop reading those frightening, negative posts online. Stop listening to friends who only understand Western medicine. Seek psychological counseling if necessary, or learn relaxation techniques. Remember: Your nervous system can be trained back to normal.

V & VI. The Greatest Challenge & Conclusion

The Greatest Challenge: Finding a True Expert

Finding a truly professional orthopedic manual therapist, acupuncturist, or physical therapist is extremely difficult. Each segment of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae affects different muscle groups. This causes the entire muscle group to tighten, severely impacting blood flow and the functioning of the nervous system.

Human Spinal Cord Anatomy

For the vast majority of cases of tinnitus and cranial tinnitus, once the soft tissues of the cervical spine return to normal, coupled with the improvement of vascular blockage (using TCM bloodletting + Chinese herbal medicine) and cell therapy, the blood vessels and nerve fibers will gradually recover.

Conclusion: Heartfelt Words to Fellow Sufferers

Don’t be intimidated by Western medicine’s “incurable” label. Their expertise does not cover bone setting, acupuncture, regenerative medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, or stem cell therapy—that doesn’t mean you have no hope.

Tinnitus and cranial tinnitus are absolutely curable. As long as you find the root cause—and in the vast majority of cases, the problem lies with blood vessels and nerves, which in turn stem from cervical spine misalignment, muscle tightness, stress, and gut imbalance.

I wrote this article because I have walked this desperate path myself, and I have now improved significantly. I hope you can avoid unnecessary detours and regain your peace. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
